Vladimir K. Radostovets

The Company’s history has been starting from 1992: when new economic relations were formed in the country, the Science&Production Association “Economist” was incorporated in Alma-Ata, established by Vladimir K. Radostovets, in which he invited experienced and active specialists and scientists from Almatinskiy “Narhoz”. During the period of mass transfer to self-accounting employees of the small group actively consulted accountants and economists of Kazakhstan entities on tax and financial accounting issues, developed for leased, collective, small entities recommended practice and practical guide on accounting (which in the process of denationalization and formation of private property were in great demand in the territory of the whole USSR), participated in the development of Kazakhstan laws on accounting and audit of financial statements. 

The Kazakhstan law “On Audit Activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan” effective on 27.11.93 determined new trends in the Company’s evolution and its new name. In 1994 the Science&Production Association “Economist” was reorganized to the Independent self-financing center of audit and expertise “Centeraudit”. The audit of financial reporting of customers and rendering of services related to audit became the priority activity of the entity. In those times the Company also actively participated in processes of privatization, property appraisal of customers that arose in the country of securities.  

In 1995 in accordance with requirements of the Civil Code the Company was reorganized to Centeraudit Limited Liability Partnership, the core activity thereof was audit of financial statements, property appraisal, consulting services. Seven specialists of the Company received Auditor Qualifying Certificates, and 4- licenses of valuators. In December 1994 the President of Kazakhstan signed the Decree, effective as law “On Accounting”; the Company actively trained its personnel with new methods, principles, accounting technique and audit. The Company’s employees actively introduced Kazakhstan Accounting Standards on entities of the country, contributed to practical transition of many Kazakhstan entities to from Soviet accounting system to Kazakhstan Accounting Standards. The Company’s employees being on business trips throughout all regions of the country, in largest entities conducted methodic seminars on introduction of KAS and new tax legislation.  

In January 1998 the Company received its today’s name – Independent Auditing Company Centeraudit-Kazakhstan Limited Liability Partnership (IAC Centeraudit-Kazakhstan LLP) and since then has been dynamically developed under the slogan “Science, Conscience, Independence!”
